The Heatherwoode Golf Course Community is located in Springboro, Ohio, near interstates 75, 675, 71, and 70. The Heatherwoode community offers a rural setting with about everything else right around the corner. It is a totally custom built community that blends traditional and transitional styles with European, English Country, and California contemporary.
HOA architectural guidelines for this community include side entry garages and construction materials such as brick, stucco, Drivit or wood.
The residents of Heatherwoode enjoy their own private pool and tennis courts. The operation of the pool and tennis courts, as well as the maintenance of all community common spaces, is the responsibility of Heatherwoode Golf Community HOA.
Homes in Heatherwoode are spread around the beautiful 18 hole Heatherwoode Golf Course which is open to the public.
