| Heatherwoode Golf Course
Community is located in Springboro, Ohio. The
community is centrally located near interstates 75, 675, 71 and 70. The Heatherwoode community offers a rural setting with about everything else
right around the corner. It is a totally custom built community that blends such
styles as traditional and transitional with European, English Country and California
contemporary. The houses must follow certain architectural guidelines such as side entry
garages, and construction materials like brick, stucco, Drivit or wood. The residents of Heatherwoode have their own private pool and tennis courts. The operation of the pool and tennis courts and the maintenance of all community common spaces are the responsibility of Heatherwoode Neighborhood Alliance. The houses in Heatherwoode are spread around the beautiful 18 hole Heatherwoode Golf Course. The golf course is open to the public. It has a 15,000 square foot clubhouse containing the pro shop, banquet facilities and a golfers grill.
