Access to HOA Members Only tab information requires a password. Heatherwoode residents can find this information in the most recent Newsletter, or members can email the HOA.
The current Covenants and Bylaws are available for current residents or for anyone interested in purchasing a home in our community.
New residents can submit their contact information directly to the HOA to be added to the Directory. Plus, current residents can submit updates for the Directory.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you would like to volunteer for your HOA there are various Committees that could use your help
Committees and their current Liaisons are as follows:
- Maintenance Committee - Brian Page--taking care of neighborhood maintenance.
- Architectural Review Committee - Patrick Hume--ensuring that the neighborhood rules are being followed.
- Swimming Pool & Tennis Courts Committee - Nicole Hirth--management for the pool and tennis courts as well as keeping up with usage and maintenance/repairs.
- Communications Committee - Carol Hughes--newsletters, email blasts and website upkeep
- Social Committee - part of the Communications Committee which plans events for our neighborhood.
- Finance Committee - Sherrie Perkins--finance reports, bookkeeping, paying bills, annual reporting.
